Talent Management Caller Recruiting

Our team does not stop at recruitng Buyer Agents and Showing Agents for your team.

While we can successfully recruit your agents, enable you to stop wasting leads by holding them accountable, we can successfully recruit experienced lead-callers for you as well. The caller recruiting process is outlined below.



  • Applicants must be a currently licensed agent seeking a flexible schedule. It is a great in-office position for someone desiring to work part-time. They would be calling both buyer and seller leads.
  • The starting pay would be $15.00 per hour plus bonuses. The bonus structure has not yet been created.
  • Part-time - 10-20 hours per week. 3 of these hours must be on either Saturday or Sunday. The remaining hours will be between 8:00am - 8:00pm and 2-4 hours per day, 3-5 days per week.

Steps to Apply:
1. Voice test on the Google Voice number
2. Reply with current job situation and if they have any experience calling leads
3. Why does this position interest them?


Google Voice number shall be used to interview callers
